The Inkspot is committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. Our turnaround times are established to ensure that we consistently meet your expectations and provide you with the best possible service.

Each different type of job on this website has its own turnaround schedule. Turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your order and the volume of orders being received. In most cases, orders can be completed within 3-5 business days of being received and will usually be delivered by the due date.

Fall Startup and Spring Commencement seasons are among our peak times, where there may be hundreds of print orders being requested and orders may be delayed if not submitted with plenty of lead time.

The best way to ensure that you will receive your order on time is to order ahead of time whenever possible. If you need something right away, you can always request a rush by contacting the Inkspot directly. While we can typically accommodate rush requests, we are not always able to do so. Please also be aware that there are extra charges for rush jobs.

Please note: asking for your order to be expedited in the Special Instructions or Billing Instructions of your order will typically not help rush your order, as incoming orders are processed by due date and special instructions are not seen until your order is being reviewed.
