CU Imaging Services is committed to providing high-quality print production with dependable turnaround times.

Standard Turnaround

Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days from the time we receive your files.

Turnaround may vary based on:

• Job complexity
• Current order volume
• Time of year

Orders are typically delivered by the requested due date.

Peak Production Periods

High-volume times, such as Fall Startup and Spring Commencement, may affect turnaround times.
To avoid delays:

• Submit orders as early as possible.
• Allow additional lead time during peak seasons.

Rush Requests

If you need expedited service:

• Submit your order well in advance whenever possible.
• To request a rush, contact the Inkspot directly.
• While we do our best to accommodate, rush jobs are not always guaranteed.
• Rush fees may apply.

Important Note

Adding rush instructions in the “Special Instructions” or “Billing Instructions” fields does not guarantee expedited processing.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and reviewed only once production begins.
